By accessing or using the Foodgo application or website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 Definitions

Platform: Foodgo app and website.

User: Anyone placing an order.

Restaurant / Vendor: Partner establishments listed on Foodgo.

Delivery Partner: Individuals delivering orders on behalf of Foodgo.

We/Us/Company: Foodgo Private Limited.

Service Nature

Foodgo is a multivendor food ordering platform connecting customers, restaurants, and delivery partners.

Foodgo itself does not cook food.

User Responsibilities

Provide accurate information while placing orders.

Ensure correct delivery address and contact details.

Do not misuse or exploit the platform.

 Restaurant Responsibilities

Maintain food quality, hygiene, and timely preparation.

Update availability and pricing accurately.

Follow all FSSAI guidelines.

 Delivery Partners

All deliveries are handled by Foodgo-authorised delivery partners.

Delivery time may vary due to location, traffic, or restaurant preparation time.

 Payments

Foodgo accepts:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Online Payments (UPI, Cards, Wallets)

Refunds

Refunds are processed based on the Refund Policy and may be credited to:

Original payment method

Foodgo wallet

 Order Cancellation

Users may cancel orders as per the Cancellation Policy.

Restaurants or Foodgo may cancel orders due to unavailability, technical issues, or safety concerns.

Liability

Foodgo is not responsible for:

Food quality (restaurant responsibility)

Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen issues

Incorrect address provided by customer
